Shipping policy

At Kitchen & Home Facilities LLC, we are committed to delivering your home and kitchen products safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping terms and delivery estimates before placing an order.

  1. TOTAL DELIVERY TIME = PROCESSING TIME + TRANSIT TIME
    To ensure transparency, please note that the total delivery time consists of two separate phases:
  • Processing Time: All orders require one to three (1-3) business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) to be verified, packed, and dispatched from our fulfillment network. You will receive your tracking number via email as soon as this processing window is complete.
  • Transit Time: Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the estimated shipping times apply based on your location.
  1. ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES (BUSINESS DAYS)
  • United States: 7 - 16 business days
  • Canada / Australia / New Zealand: 7 - 16 business days
  • Europe / United Kingdom / Switzerland: 15 - 25 business days
  • Rest of the World: 30+ business days
Please Note: Shipping times are estimates only and exclude any carrier delays, holiday peak seasons, severe weather conditions, or customs clearance bottlenecks. "Business days" do not include weekends or statutory holidays.
  1. TRACKING AND DELIVERIES
    Every single order includes a tracking number for your peace of mind. Once your tracking details are provided, it may take 24-48 hours for the carrier's system to update and reflect the initial status of the package.

  1. LOST, STOLEN, AND MISROUTED PACKAGES
    Kitchen & Home Facilities LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit by third-party shipping carriers.

Furthermore, our company is completely exempt from liability regarding stolen packages or "porch piracy." Once a shipping carrier (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) marks a tracking number as "Delivered" to the address provided at checkout, our contract is successfully fulfilled. We will not issue refunds, replacements, or store credit for items successfully marked as delivered. If you believe your package was stolen after delivery, we advise filing a formal claim directly with the shipping carrier or your local law enforcement.

Customers are solely responsible for providing correct and complete shipping addresses. Kitchen & Home Facilities LLC will not be held liable for losses or non-deliveries caused by inaccurate address input.
